May

We, at A Million Forests, are a sustainable community that seeks to make a positive environmental impact on the world. We strive to reduce waste and protect our planet through creative and innovative ways. Every month, we host a variety of events and activities that help us achieve this goal.

In May, we are focusing on working with trash.

Our "Artist of the Month" Anjee Bhatia will guide participants through a junk journaling program and teach them how to create a journal art piece using items which they can find at home. Join us in our mission to protect the planet, one piece of trash at a time.

As "Activity of the Month" we promote activities that help reduce waste and encourage up-cycling, and this month we are making bags out of old clothes. Join us and spread the awareness.

Additionally, we feature a different business every month that is doing its part in creating a more sustainable world.

Earth Poorna, our "Business of the Month", is an example of a brand that is able to achieve complete plastic free packaging.

We also have a "Monthly Garden" feature and this month we are glad to showcase the garden of Moka Dessert.

Lastly the "Book of the Month" is "Regeneration Ending the Climate Crisis" by Paul Hawken.

Join Mili at Instagram live, reels and stories where she will be reading passages from this book taking inspirations and sharing her thoughts.

At A Million Forests, we understand that sustainability is the only way to create a better future for generations to come. That's why we've developed a range of projects and initiatives that focus on conservation, education, and sustainable living. We strive to inspire and motivate people to take action to help protect the planet and its resources.
